Use Search to look across every connected app, folder, and web source your team has added.
What this page is for
Search is Zenning’s universal lookup. It reads across your connected apps (like Google Drive, Notion, Slack), folders you have uploaded, and web sources you have added — and answers in a single place. You can also open it from anywhere with ⌘K.
Running a search

Open Search from the sidebar or press ⌘K.

Type your question in the search field.

Results appear grouped by source — the original document, the page in Notion, the Slack message, and so on.

Tap a result to open the original, or tap the summary to see Zenning’s answer with citations.
Filtering and sources
The sidebar on the left shows Knowledge Sources. Tick or untick categories to limit your search to just the ones you care about — for example, only Documents or only Web sources.
Breadcrumbs
At the top the breadcrumb reads Search. After you run a query it changes to Search Results so you always know which mode you are in.
