What the Meeting Note Taker is, how to connect your calendar, and how to turn the note taker on.
What it is
The Meeting Note Taker joins your video calls, listens alongside you, and turns the recording into a summary, transcript, and action items you can share. The page title is Meeting Note Taker.
First-time setup
If your calendar is not connected yet you will see a full-page onboarding with cards for each calendar provider and an Enable button for the note taker. Finish those steps before anything else.

Tap Connect next to your calendar provider (for example, Google Calendar).

Sign in and approve the access Zenning needs.

Back on the setup page, tap Enable on the note taker card.

You are now ready to record upcoming meetings.
The four tabs
Once setup is done, the main page has four tabs: Overview, Upcoming, Previous, and Manage. See Managing your meetings for what each one does.
Tip: In-person meetings do not need a calendar — you can record those directly from the Overview tab without setup.
