Creating your account
Sign up for Zenning using email, Google, or Apple, verify your address, and set up two-factor sign-in.
What this page is for
The sign-in screen is where you create a new account or sign back in. You can continue with email, Google, or Apple. If your workplace has already set up Zenning, this is also where you join your team.
Signing up for the first time

Open the sign-in page and enter your work email address.

Choose Continue with email, Google, or Apple.

If you used email, open the verification email we send you and paste the code back into Zenning.

Set a password and your full name.

Pick whether you are joining an existing team or creating a brand new one.
Signing back in

Open the sign-in page.
- 2
Enter the same email address you signed up with.
- 3
Continue with your password or the provider you originally used.
Two-factor sign-in
If two-factor sign-in is switched on for your account, you will be asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app right after entering your password. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe — they let you back in if you lose your phone.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot your password? Enter your email and we will send you a link to set a new one.
Tip: Password resets only work for accounts you created with email and password. If you originally signed in with Google or Apple, keep using that button instead.
