Getting started
Creating your account
Get started in one click by adding Zenning to Slack — the way it is built to be used. Email, Google, and Apple are there as fallbacks, plus two-factor sign-in to keep your account secure.
Start here: get started from Slack
Zenning is built to live in Slack, so the best way to begin — by far — is Continue with Slack. One click sets your AI teammate up right where your team already works: there is no separate sign-up, and authorising your Slack workspace creates your Zenning account and organisation at the same time. If your workplace has already set up Zenning, this is also where you join your team.
- 1
On the sign-in page, choose Continue with Slack.
- 2
Pick the Slack workspace you want to add Zenning to and tap Allow to authorise it.
- 3
Tell Zenning a little about your role so it can tailor its help.
- 4
Choose which channels Zenning should join, then start chatting.
Tip: For the full walkthrough — channels, permissions, and connecting apps — see Adding Zenning to your Slack in the Using Zenning in Slack guides.
Other ways to sign up
Not on Slack yet? You can still create an account with email, Google, or Apple — just choose the matching button on the sign-in page, verify your email if prompted, then set your name and pick whether to join an existing team or start a new one. You will get the most out of Zenning once you connect Slack, so we recommend adding it as soon as you are in.
Signing back in
- 1
Open the sign-in page.
- 2
Enter the same email address you signed up with.
- 3
Continue with your password or the provider you originally used.
Two-factor sign-in
If two-factor sign-in is switched on for your account, you will be asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app right after entering your password. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe — they let you back in if you lose your phone.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot your password? Enter your email and we will send you a link to set a new one.
Tip: Password resets only work for accounts you created with email and password. If you originally signed in with Google or Apple, keep using that button instead.
