Joining or accepting an invite

What this page is for

Invites let you join a team on Zenning without setting up a new workspace yourself. There are three kinds: a domain link your team posts internally, an email invite sent directly to you, and a shared thread link that gives you access to one specific chat.

Joining your team with a domain link

   Open the link your teammate shared with you.

   You will land on a page branded with your team’s logo.

   Tap Get started and sign in with the email address on that domain.

   Once you verify your email you are in — you will see your team’s workspaces in the sidebar.

Accepting an email invite

   Open the invite email and tap Accept invitation.

   Sign in, or create an account if you do not have one yet.

   Review the organisation name and logo on the Accept invite screen.

   Tap Accept to join, or Decline if the invite was sent to you by mistake.

Opening a shared chat thread

If a teammate shares a chat thread link with you, opening it takes you to an invite screen just for that thread. Accepting gives you access only to that conversation — not to the whole workspace.
